How do I get started?
Starting is easy! Just schedule a free trial class through our website or app and join us to experience the difference.
Am I going to get punched in the face?
Only if you’re in a boxing class and even then, it’s controlled. Getting punched only occurs during Boxing classes and YouthBox classes, and participation is always supervised, structured, and safety-focused. In Fit2Box, Yoga, and Strength & Conditioning classes, there is no physical contact whatsoever. These sessions are designed to build fitness, mobility, and strength in a safe, supportive environment—making them ideal for anyone looking to train without sparring or impact.
